The T.VIS product range, available for the well-known VARIVENT® modulating control valve types A and S, now includes the T.VIS® P-20, the new valve positioner for VARIVENT® / ECOVENT® sanitary single seat and butterfly valves. For control loops in which a modulating control valve with a sophisticated positioner is too costly in terms of labor and time, GEA Tuchenhagen offers a cost-effective and economical alternative.

GEA Tuchenhagen T.VIS® A8 Valve Feedback System

T.VIS® A-8 is the optimization of the automatic T.VIS® A-7 valve control module. Development work has focused on the requirements and wishes of customers in the liquid processing industry. Apart from the safe and reliable monitoring and control of all functions of the process valves in breweries, dairies, fruit juice production plants as well as in the pharmaceutical industry, T.VIS® A-8 offers significant advantages which are instantly reflected in lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

Gemu Electrical Position Indicators for Valves

GEMÜ provides a wide and well-balanced range of electrical position indicators to monitor linear and quarter turn sanitary valves. Dependent on the device type, either microswitches or proximity switches are used. They enable reliable end position feedback and can be equipped with a field bus connection upon request (e.g. AS-Interface, DeviceNet etc.). The new generation is self-learning. The devices recognize the valve end positions from the manual or automatic end position programming during initialization. No more work-intensive manual setting of microswitches or proximity switches is necessary; the breaking in of installations or recalibration after servicing work becomes considerably easier.

Flowserve Automax APEX 5000 Pneumatic Valve Positioner

The Apex 5000 Pneumatic Valve Positioner provides accurate valve positioning with advanced features. It may be used with 3-15 psi pneumatic control signals, or fitted with a current-to-pressure tranducers for 4-20 mA signal input (See Apex Electro-Pneumatic Positioner). The Flowserve Logix 500si Digital Valve Positioner represents the next generation of the intrinsically safe Logix 500 family. The positioner comes in two models. The Logix 510si positioner is a 4-20 mA analog positioner that offers all the advantages of digital control (e.g. easy calibration, diagnostics, etc.). The Logix 520si positioner is a "smart" digital positioner that communicates via the HART® protocol.
