			EXTRUSIONS Newman's extrusion capabilities are available in straight lengths or in bonded shapes to form an endless component. Newman can extrude a custom profile (limited to 1" in diameter) from 2 feet to 50 feet lengths from our Buna-N, Viton® and EPDM compounds. Newman currently has several standard extrusion molds available for your use. CORD STOCK Newman Sanitary Gasket company has a wide range of cord stock in various materials and thickness. These cord stocks can be purchased by the foot or custom made into o-rings. Material available: Buna-N (black & white), EPDM (black & white), Silicone (white & red) and Viton® (black & white) SHEET MATERIAL Newman Sanitary Gasket Company can offer you high quality sheet material made from our own specially formulated compounds. Rubber Fab Torque-Rite® Compression & Expansion Control

Torque-Rite® allows you to control compression and expansion while maintaining constant inch/pounds force, ensuring a perfect surface I.D. when used with a Perfect Surface Gasket. Torque-Rite® eliminates the problems associated with over - or under-tightening a gasket which can lead to an unsanitary system. When tightened, the Torque-Rite's® self-limiting internal mechanism will make an audible "click" signaling the user they have reached proper inch/pounds force. If further tightening is attempted, there will be more "clicks" but no additional application of force on the gasket (if emergency conditions arise, the Torque-Rite® has a built-in manual override feature).
