VNE Sanitary 2-Way Ball Valves

VNE offers two way ball valves made of T316 (CF8M) stainless steel. PTFE seats are easily removed. Clamp and Weld ends are standard. Other connections are available upon request. 1/2 inch through 4 inch sizes are available. VNE ball valves meet FDA and 3A requirements.

VNE Sanitary 3-Way Ball Valves

VNE 3 Way Ball Valves are used in a wide variety of high pressure applications. A full unrestricted flow allows no product restrictions through the valve. Thus, allowing easy diversion. VNE offers three way ball valves made of T316 (CF8M) stainless steel, with PTFE seats that are easily removed. Clamp and Weld ends are standard. Top Line Top-Flo® Series 77 Ball Valves feature a high quality 316L investment casting. They are available with sanitary clamp or orbital tube OD ends. Select the cavity filled or non-cavity filled design. Superior leak protection is accomplished by using a patented live-loaded packing system featuring Bellville washers and double "V" ring packing. An ISO 5211 mounting pad is provided for easy automation.

Flowserve Worcester WK 44 Clean Valves

Flowserve Worcester Controls Series WK 44 Clean Valves are operating dependably in processes in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, cosmetic, paint, chemical and other industries where microbes, media deposits, particle generation and cross contamination can threaten the quality of the product. The high-purity design, high vacuum rating, high cycle life and pressure/temperature rating of these valves help assure quality production with minimum downtime. They last many times longer than diaphragm valves and prevent catastrophic failure.

High Purity Design All interior wetted surfaces on the clean valves are 316L with a standard finish to 30 Ra. Electropolishing to 15 Ra or better is optionally available. Both ensure zero cross contamination and negligible particle generation.

Flowserve Worcester WK 74 Tube Bore Clean Ball Valves

A clean ball valve to write your specs around: Tube bore, metallurgy, surface finish, shut-off, cleanability and automation. Series WK 74 clean valves operate dependably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, cosmetic, paint, chemical and semi-conductor manufacturing industries where microbes, media deposits, mineral impurities and cross-contamination can threaten the quality of the product. The high-purity design, high vacuum rating, high cycle life and pressure/temperature rating of these valves make them ideal for applications from sterile steam to nutrient inlets to high-purity water. The performance of the WK 74 Tube Bore Clean Valve is based on a combination of high standard specifications.

Habonim High Purity Ball Valves

Habonim ball valves are available in 3-piece or flanged body construction, in size range from 1/4" to 8", reduced and full port. Temperatures from -240°C to 300°C (-400°F to 570°F) and pressures from vacuum at 1x10-6 torr to 5,000 psi. Special designs include: Control, Cryogenic, Diverter, Multi-Port, Double Block-and-Bleed and many other valve applications.

Clean Room Assembly

Habonim has a fully equipped, positive pressure cleanroom for the assembly of valves. The valves are cleaned, dried, helium leak tested, inspected, tagged and then packed in a hermetical sealed bag filled with Dry Nitrogen.
